1. Nature of the service

ZERO ONE provides access to a demonstration software platform. No banking, payment, e-money, custody, credit or investment service is provided, offered or promised by these terms.

2. No financial relationship

Using this platform does not create a customer, deposit, account or credit relationship. No account is opened, no IBAN is issued and no funds can be received, held or transferred.

3. Demonstration data

All figures displayed are fictional. You must not rely on any balance, rate, fee, statement or transaction shown for any financial, accounting, tax or legal purpose.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to use demo identifiers as if they were operational payment details.
• Do not upload genuine sensitive documents or third-party personal data.
• Do not misrepresent the platform as a licensed bank or payment institution.

5. Availability

The demonstration may change, pause or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on demonstration content.

7. Future terms

If and when licensed services launch, separate contractual terms will apply and will be presented for acceptance before any regulated service is provided.
