Scope

This policy covers the ZERO ONE pre-launch demonstration platform. Because no financial services are active, the platform is designed to collect as little information as possible.

Information you provide

• Contact details you enter into waitlist, contact or demo onboarding forms.
• Demo onboarding answers, retained to show application-status workflows.
• Files you choose to upload in demonstration document steps.

What we ask you not to submit

Do not upload genuine identity documents, trade licences, financial statements or other sensitive records during the prototype phase. Demonstration uploads should use placeholder files.

Storage in this phase

Demo session state and onboarding progress are stored locally in your browser so you can save and continue later. Clearing browser storage removes them.

Document access

Private documents are never exposed through public URLs. Access is restricted to the account that owns them and to authorised compliance reviewers, and access events are recorded in audit logs.

Your controls

• Request deletion of anything you submitted.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
• Request a copy of demo data associated with your enquiry.
